Over the summer of 2023, I had the dual responsibility of serving as both a developer and a designer for an emerging consulting firm, for which I also crafted the logo and brand identity. Their brief included their key information and propositions in a Word document format. 

My role was to develop an intuitive website using their brief that put high importance on sophistication. 

The information architecture is designed to provide immediate context into the nature of the company's work. 

The landing page concisely lists broad information. Users can make informed decisions to reveal more details about services, industries, and insights. The navigation bar is accessible from all pages and scroll positions. 

Buttons, accordions, and cards are placed strategically to allow for conversion and are a gateway to guide users to different parts of the site.

Process behind the final user flow above started with a competitive analysis. My investigation into 8 different consulting firms, and corporations revealed some common trends, and differentiating factors. 

Their main focus was to build trust and reliability. Teamwork was also highly valued and played a role in some of their services like post-merger integration and acquisition. Blog posts were a popular choice, and so were newsletter subscriptions. 

Numerous companies leveraged AI and data visualization graphics to build trust with their potential clients. These tools were available for everyone, so they were meant to create conversion.

Dynamic functionalities are consistent across devices, the eased white screen upon changing pages is also coded within the site just like everything else appearing in the video.
